Services
Below are descriptions of some of the evidence-based services I provide. Happy exploring!

UW RUBI Parent Coaching
I offer RUBI parent coaching based on the University of Washington’s evidence-based program for caregivers of autistic children. This structured series helps families support their child's communication, behavior, and daily routines in a neuroaffirming way.

PROMPT Therapy
PROMPT (Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets) therapy supports children with motor-based speech difficulties by integrating tactile-kinesthetic cues to help them produce clear, coordinated speech sounds.

PEERS® Social Groups & Pragmatic Language (All Ages)
PEERS® social skills groups are tailored to age and developmental level, providing structured, evidence-based support in building and maintaining meaningful relationships. Pragmatic language therapy addresses communication in real-world social contexts, from playdates to job interviews.

Executive Function Therapy (Under 3)
Through play-based, caregiver-supported sessions, we build foundational executive function skills such as emotional regulation, joint attention, and early problem-solving—empowering toddlers for future success.

Executive Function Therapy (Middle & High School)
We work collaboratively with teens to strengthen time management, goal-setting, emotional regulation, and independence. Sessions empower students to thrive in academic, social, and home life.

Feeding Therapy for Young Children
Feeding therapy helps children with picky eating, oral aversions, or sensory-based feeding difficulties build a positive relationship with food. Sessions are play-based and family-centered, with practical tools for mealtimes.

Receptive Language
I support understanding of spoken language, including following directions, answering questions, and processing complex information. Therapy builds the foundation for communication and learning.

Executive Function Therapy (Ages 3–5)
We focus on routines, flexibility, and working memory through engaging games and structured play. Parents receive coaching and practical tools to support their child’s regulation and transitions at home and preschool.

Executive Function Therapy (Adults & Transitioning from High School)
Support for young adults includes navigating daily demands, building routines, and improving follow-through in college, work, or independent living. I offer practical strategies that foster autonomy and confidence.

Narratives
I help children and teens develop their storytelling skills, including sequencing, cause-effect, and perspective-taking. Strong narrative skills support academic success, social connection, and emotional expression.

Articulation Therapy
I help children and adults improve the clarity of their speech sounds through engaging, structured practice. Therapy is individualized and evidence-based, with carryover strategies for home and school.

Executive Function Therapy (School Age)
Therapy targets skills like organization, planning, and task initiation to help children manage schoolwork, friendships, and responsibilities. Support is customized to meet the child’s developmental level and school environment.

Feeding Therapy for Infants
We support infants with feeding challenges including bottle refusal, difficulty transitioning to solids, or early oral motor concerns. Therapy includes responsive, sensory-friendly approaches for families and babies.

Expressive Language
Therapy targets vocabulary, grammar, sentence structure, and the ability to clearly express thoughts and ideas. I tailor each session to the individual's age, communication style, and goals.

Stuttering (Young Adult & Adult)
I support individuals in managing stuttering with confidence and authenticity. Therapy focuses on communication strategies, self-advocacy, and reducing the impact of stuttering on everyday life. Individual and group therapy available.
